Appfolio, Inc. (“Appfolio”) is one of our service providers to whom we provide the personal information of our users. Appfolio’s collection, use and disclosure of your personal information is described in the Appfolio privacy policy, which is available at https://www.appfolio.com/privacy. It hosts and operates the investor portal of the Site and provides certain investor management and communication services to VMG Properties LLC and our investors. As operator of the investor portal, Appfolio has access to, stores and processes all personal information received and collected about you by means of the investor portal, as well as information that VMG Properties furnishes to Appfolio about you, for the purpose of hosting and operating the Investor Portal and facilitating investment services to you. Appfolio does not direct or control VMG Properties LLC’s use or storage of personal information about you.

There are certain risks with furnishing personal information online. In the event Appfolio, or substantially all of Appfolio’s assets, are acquired, or if Appfolio were to go out of business or enter bankruptcy, all user information will be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party.
